Southern Palm is a Quaint two bed one and a half bath Townhome located within the prestigious gated community of the 'Truman Annex' in Key West's 'Old Town' area. The highlight of this home, in addition to the spacious living quarters, is the large rear patio which is beautifully landscaped and is the ideal spot to for that morning cup of coffee or tea, a leisurely afternoon visit with friends or a place to wind down the day.
Dining and entertainment is accomplished with a quick, two-block walk to Duval Street or you may choose to enjoy the Key West Sunset Celebration every night at Mallory Square, which is a short 3-4-block walk. Sun bathing is available either in the Associations private pool or you may visit beautiful Fort Zachary Park beach which is adjacent to the Truman Annex and within easy walking.
